This website is rich in its
information and has links and inputs from the various bodies
and institutions of learning. It is constantly upgraded with
the latest most accurate information.
This website serves to provide
general guidelines, academic successes, procedures, etc. for
its students as well as their parents and guardians. Our
students are protected under the Student Protection Scheme
that includes insurance coverage for fees as well as
personal accidents. All our policies & procedures are
clearly spelt and students are encouraged to understand
them. Do contact our Administrators should you require
further information.
As soon as practicable, the website
is upgraded and modified to keep it current for the benefits
of our students and readers.

We provide the
following Service Assurance for all our students:
1) Our services
and course delivery system is suitable, adequate and
effective through continual improvement.
2) We have a total
of 3 full time teachers and 38 contract teachers. All our
teachers are well qualified and registered with MOE and have
the competency to conduct courses.
3) The student –
teacher ratio is 25:1; Capacity: 500 students;

5) Tuition & non -
tuition fees are clearly stated in our communication
materials.
6) We have
in place, Student Complaint Resolution procedure to deal
with students’ grievance and undertake to resolve all
complaints at the maximum of 21 days.
7) Under the
Student Protection Scheme, we have two schemes; i.e. the
Student Tuition Fee Insurance and the Student Tuition Fee
Account (Escrow). (Escrow is not activated).
8) We give
appropriate refund of tuition fees/non-tuition fees,
depending on the student’s circumstances and merit in
accordance with the Standard Student Contract entered with
the student.
9) We ensure all
our students have the pre-requisites for the courses they
take. Careful assessment tests are also conducted to ensure
student’s proficiency.
10) We provide the
most conducive environment to the best of our ability, in
order that all students receive their utmost in their
studies.
